Belmont Senior Services, Inc.(BSS) is a 501( c)(3) non-profit organization that was established in 1972 to provide support services to persons 60 years of age and older who reside in Belmont County. These services include:
  • Nutrition services such as Home Delivered Meals (Meals on Wheels), Congregate Meals at our senior centers, and nutrition education to promote healthy aging;

  • Transportation to scheduled medical appointments, to senior centers for daily events and special activities, and for grocery and mall shopping from most senior centers;

  • In-Home services such as Homemaking, Personal Care, and short errands to promote wellness at home;

  • Ten (10) senior centers located conveniently throughout the county to promote positive social interaction, fun, and fellowship.
These support services enable most seniors enjoy their senior years while living independently in their own home, which is the preferred choice for most seniors and their families.
