    It is the policy of the Belmont Senior Services, Inc. to follow all affirmative action dictates in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines. We have, therefore, developed an Affirmative Action Plan in order to correct any existing problem areas and improve our Equal Employment Opportunity Program.
