Leslie Caddell, Human Resources Manager Human Resource Director, Leslie Caddell started with Belmont Senior Services, Inc in August of 2003.  Leslie started with the company as a Nutrition Driver then moved onto Transportation Manager and onto her current position of Human Resources Manager since 2006.  She was the regional manager for Mrs. Fields Cookies for 8 years prior to joining the BSS staff.  Leslie is originally from the Pittsburgh PA area and moved to Belmont County 32 years ago.

Kate Coe, Fiscal Officer Fiscal Officer, Kate Coe joined Belmont Senior Services Inc. in May 1998 as the assistant Fiscal Officer. Kate has been in her current position of Fiscal Officer since July 2002 Kate is an alumni of the University of Akron and Tulane University. Originally from northeast Ohio, she currently resides in the Ohio Valley.

Chrissy Frank, Administrative Assistant / Senior Center Coordinator Administrative Assistant, Chrissy Frank, started with Belmont Senior Services in February of 2010.  She came to the company with over 10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and experience as a Coordinator for Centers.  Chrissy has educational backgrounds in the medical field, transcription and management.  She was raised in the Ohio Valley area and currently resides here with her husband and 2 children.

Janet Neuman, Data Entry Clerk Data Entry Clerk, Janet Neuman, started with Belmont Senior Services in May of 2001.  She has held other positions before moving into her current position of Data Entry Clerk.  Those positions were Nutrition Driver and Senior Center Director of the Flushing and Bethesda Centers.  Janet is a graduate of Scio High School and a graduate of Clark-Gilbert-Silverthorn School of Cosmetology.  She has also received various adult education classes to enhance her knowledge.  Janet is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area, where she still resides.

Misty Smith, Billing Clerk Billing Clerk, Misty Smith, joined Belmont Senior Services in May of 2002.  She started out working in Home Health as an aide, worked as a receptionist and moved up to her current position in the Fiscal Department.  Misty has a degree in Data Entry from Belmont Career Center.  She is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley Area.

Kim Hurley, In-Home Services Manager Kim Hurley R.N. BA has been employed with Belmont Senior Services since 1994.  She earned an Associate of Science, Registered Nursing Degree from Belmont Technical College in 1988.  Kim received her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership and Development at Wheeling Jesuit University in 2002.  She came to Belmont Senior Services with 4 years experience as Director of Nursing of a Skilled Home Care Agency as well as hospital and long term care experience. Kim is a lifelong resident of Belmont County Ohio; her familiarity with local culture and resources makes her a valuable contact for persons who need to access supportive services for senior citizens.

Shirley Oliver, In-Home Services Coordinator Scheduling Coordinator, Shirley Oliver, has been employed with Belmont Senior Services since 2003, and is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley.   Her 22 years experince in the In-Home Services field include not only scheduling and coordination of service delivery, but also In-Home Assistance.  Shirley's experience uniquely enables her to understand the issues facing both clients and service delivery personnel.

Susie Homan, In-Home Services Assessor Nurse Assessor, Susan Homan, LPN started with Belmont Senior Services Inc in November of 1999.  When Susie started with the company she was the Field Nurse.  She has worked her way into her current position of Nurse Assessor.  She is a graduate of St. John High School and received a nursing degree from Belmont Technical College.  Susie is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area. Her husband Randy and she reside on a small farm in the area where she enjoys gardening and her animals.  She’s a proud step-mother to 2 step-children and she has one granddaughter.

Tina Burkhart, Nutrition Program Manager Nutrition Program Manager, Tina Burkhart, started with Belmont Senior Services in August of 1994.  She has worked as Nutrition Driver, Nutrition Kitchen aide and Nutrition Kitchen Manager before holding her current position.  Tina has a degree in Business and Culinary Arts and is a member of the National Restaurant Association and has a ServSafe Certification.  She is from the Ohio Valley Area where she still resides.

Karen Divjak, Nutrition Dept. Receptionist Nutrition Receptionist, Karen Divjak, started with Belmont Senior Services in December of 2001.  She has held different positions with the organization over time ranging from Nutrition Van driver, Kitchen aide, transportation office staff and her current position of Nutrition receptionist.  Having worked in many areas has given Karen great knowledge to be able to assist the clients in their needs.  Karen has taken classes at Belmont Technical College and she is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley Area.

Barnesville Senior Center
Linda Wells, Director: Senior Center Director, Linda Wells, has been a Senior Center Director for the Belmont Senior Services Barnesville Senior Center since November of 1990. Linda is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area.

Bellaire Senior Center
Karen Titonis: Senior Center Director, Karen Titonis, has been a Senior Center Director for the Belmont Senior Services Bellaire Senior Center since June of 1989. She has a certification in management for Swim Centers and coursework in Gerontology. Karen is grew up and still resides in the Ohio Valley Area. Through the years she has always been the senior’s advocate and friend.

Bethesda Senior Center & Flushing Senior Center
Sue Hines: Senior Center Director, Sue Hines, started with Belmont Senior Center as a Nutrition Cook in October 2005 and moved her way into her current position of Center Director for Flushing and Bethesda Senior Centers. She is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area where she currently resides.

Centerville Senior Center
Donna Steadman: Senior Center Director, Donna Steadman, has been a Senior Center Director for the Belmont Senior Services Centerville Senior Center since June of 1999. She is a graduate of Bridgeport High school and has lived in the Ohio Valley area her entire life. Donna is the current chairman of the Smith Township Community Center Management Committee and has been for the past 10 years.

Colerain Senior Center
Shirley Jo Case: Senior Center Director, Shirley Jo Case, started with Belmont Senior Services in August of 2003 as a Nutrition Driver and Nutrition Kitchen aide. She has since moved to her current position of center director for the Colerain Senior Center. Shirley Jo is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and has taken classes at Belmont Technical College, Ohio University Eastern and Alaska University. She is a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area. Shirley Jo loves her work and her members and would love for you to come out and visit them to see how nice they all are.

Martins Ferry Senior Center
Lois Kwaitkowski, Senior Center Director, Lois Kwaitkowski, started with Belmont Senior Services in 1987 and worked as the Senior Center director until 2004 when she retired.  During her 17 years she also served as an Outreach Representative and manager of the transportation department.  In 2010 Lois, came out of retirement and resumed as the Center Director in Martins Ferry.  She is a lifelong resident of Belmont County.  Lois is married with 3 children and has 6 grandchildren.  She is a member of the St. Frances Cabrini Church in Colerain Ohio.

Powhatan Point Senior Center
Mike McBride: Senior Center Director, Mike McBride, started with Belmont Senior Services in November 2008 as a substitute nutrition driver.  In 2010 he became the Maintenance Director then moved to Powhatan Center Director in March of 2011.  Mike is a graduate of Barnesville High School and is licensed as a life/health agent for the Ohio Department of Insurance.  Mike is a life long resident of Belmont County.

St. Clairsville Senior Center
Daisy Braun: Senior Center Director, Daisy Braun, started with Belmont Senior Services in March of 2003. Other then working as the St. Clairsville Senior Center director, Daisy has held a position as Home Health Aide with Belmont Senior Services when she first started. She has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Belmont Technical College. Daisy was born in the Ohio Valley area, was raised in California but moved back to the area when grown. She currently resides in the Ohio Valley Area with her husband. She is a proud mother of 3 children and 7 granddaughters.

Transportation Manager

Pam Pugh, Transportation Dept. Receptionist   Transportation Receptionist, Pamela Pugh, joined Belmont Senior Services in February of 1986.  During her tenure with Belmont Senior Services, Inc., Pam has worked in the nutrition kitchen, nutrition van driver, assessor and in her current position as transportation receptionist.  Pamela currently resides in Martins Ferry with her husband of 37 years.  She’s a proud mother of 3 children and grandmother of 4.   Pam is also a faithful fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
